The tiny home is very affordable and it is Highway compliant, meaning it can fit under bridges and overpasses no problem. It’s on wheels so it can even go into a trailer park. And most ideally it can go into a small space of land or your backyard.

Tiny homes are very affordable and start at $30,000 and you can build out anywhere. You can add a completed full bathroom, full kitchen, bedroom loft, pull out bed and living space for another $10,000. The wonderful part about tiny homes is all the money that you save on all of your mechanical functions such as heating, electric, cooling, gas, and water. The tiny home is completely energy efficient.

You would be surprised what you can put storage wise into a tiny home. You can make completely functional storage. For example, if you have a staircase you can use the underneath for storage and shower bars can also be used as curtain dividers, which would divide the space. You can also get showers where you’re actually able to sit down take a shower and brush your teeth at the same time. And just imagine how little you’ll have to clean with no more gutters, no more downspouts and easy to reach cleaning windows…
