This original 1905 carriage house was “flipped” into three apartments. We had the opportunity to convert it back to it’s original architectural design. During this process we uncovered some it’s unique characteristics that had been hidden for nearly 100 years. The most exciting part for us was being able to use the Universal Design Method. Examples of this can be seen in the curbless showers, bookshelf hidden rooms, hide away beds and other unique attributes.
